老舗のパワーポップ・フェスティヴァル「Interenation Pop Overthrow」を主催するDavid Bashが2012年のベストを公開した。公開されたのは「Top 125 Albums」など6部門など。POWERPOP ACADEMY(Thistime）からはアルバムのベスト25にDavid Myhr『Soundshine』（3位）、Sweet Diss and The Comebacks『Emerald City Love Song』（8位）、The Demos『Lovely』（21位）がランキングしている。

他パワーポップ系サイトが軒並みニューカマーとしてランク・インさせたSunday Sunについては「いずれもEPのリリースであり、2013のフル・アルバムに期待する」と寄せている。
