先生でもあるWEEZER～RENTALSを横目にまさにOZMAがOZMAになった最高傑作セカンド。サマーソニック出演など活動がワールドワイドになったことで「Utsukushii Shibuya（美しい渋谷）」というOZMA史上最も美しい曲も生まれた。Chris Fudurichをプロデューサーに迎え、リズムワークなど一新。ピコピコ一辺倒だったシンセ・キーボードの使い方も（※それが最高だったという声もあるが笑）飛躍的に向上！バンドも恐らく一番のお気に入りでサードにも再収録した「Eponine」は全泣きメロファンが胸をキュンキュンさせる。「Game Over」も間違いなし。Utsukushii Shibuyaの日本語verを収録した廃盤・レア日本盤。
